A week from tomorrow is Samuel's birthday. It's the big five and to say he's excited is putting it mildly. We haven't hyped it up. The party will be small. For some reason, he thinks that turning five is a turning point in his short life. I asked him about it the other day.
"Why are you so excited about turning five?"
"Well, when I'm five I can do whatever I want to."
"Oh really?"
"Yup. I'll have no more bosses."
"Who told you this?"
"God"
