Tony died this morning around 11:30. He was peaceful and free of pain. George had a conversation with him before he died. He said that he loved him and that he was now going to be with Eva, George's mom. I'll write more when I have time. I am so glad that he is no longer in pain.

I am so sad for your loss - for your whole family. The picture of Tony and George and Samuel - three generations will be a treasure. I especially love Samuel's HUGE enjoying the moment smile and the fact that Tony is lovingly touching Samuel's head.
I'm glad George was able to be with his dad so much. He exceled in taking care of his dad to the end.
I feel so far away. I wish I could be there among you to cry and hug and help.
