Last Saturday I got the kids in the car. I had no idea what we were going to do but I wanted to get them out of the house. The weather was perfect. I started driving downtown. I parked in a lot and we started walking towards the Westin hotel. I knew that they had an elevator that visitors could use and we could get a view of the city. We went up 72 floors! And the view was pretty amazing.
We left and started walking towards Centennial Olympic Park and the fountains. Once we were there, the kids took off running. They spent an hour running around,getting wet and laughing. Almost every picture I took of the kids, showed joy. And I felt joy just looking at them.
